Bancassurance can be defined either from a functional point of view or from an institutional point of view.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The first is understood as financial services integrating banking and insurance products<\/span><\/p>\n

The second deals with the way in which the collaboration between the bank and the insurance or other non-banking organizations is organised.\u00a0This increasingly translates into the creation or purchase of insurance companies by banking groups, and in the opposite direction to the diversification of insurance groups in the bank.<\/span><\/p>\n
