Authorized\u2026 but regulated<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Door-to-door<\/span><\/a>\u00a0or door-to-door canvassing is an activity authorized in France but regulated\u00a0.\u00a0It can be done at the consumer’s home or by telephone.\u00a0Unlike traditional store purchases, it is the seller who travels to the individual’s home.\u00a0The seller entering the private sphere of the consumer, the latter is placed in a position of inferiority in relation to the seller, and this is why the law strictly regulates canvassing.\u00a0All the necessary information must be clearly given to the consumer: company name, product price, terms of payment, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mandatory written contract<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Harassment<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n
