New model contract: A new model apprenticeship contract entered into force on 1 July 2012.<\/span><\/h2>\n

This Cerfa FA13 replaces the old one.\u00a0Employers can obtain the\u00a0<\/span>Cerfa FA13<\/span><\/a>\u00a0from chambers of trades, chambers of commerce, DIRECCTEs and departmental labor inspection services or on the Internet (\u201cservicepublic.fr\u201d and \u201ctravail.gouv.fr\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

Supporting documents: This same decree overhauls the list of supporting documents that the employer must provide to the registration or inspection services, including the title or diploma of the apprenticeship supervisor, proof of professional experience or also, where applicable, the decision of the rector of the academy to extend or reduce the duration of the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since December 24, 2011, these documents are no longer annexed to the contract, but communicated on request.<\/span><\/p>\n
