Description

When you are unable to obtain certain elements from a person, you can ask a bailiff to issue an interpellative summons against the person concerned. The bailiff will then go to the person’s home or work in order to ask him questions formulated in advance in a precise manner in the act. The person concerned has the right to answer or not to answer but the fact that the questions are asked by a bailiff often encourages the person to answer.
