Maître Florent de Franceschi, trilingual Attorney at Law (French, English, Italian), completed Master degrees in political sciences, private law and business law.
After having exercised during more than 10 years in quality of legal and tax counsel in an international context, he is now member of the Bar association of Nice.
His practice covers litigation as well as legal support.

She has been working for 13 years for the tax representation accredited company.
She advises the French non resident on tax issues, corporate tax, capital gains and VAT.
She provides you her expertise in tax optimisation.
She writes claims for tax relief to the tax administration and prepares the litigation memorandum to the Treasury.
Sabrina Pelli

Lawyer in the Office, Sabrina PELLI takes on the litige issues. Her missions are of particular penal matters (offences against persons and property, crime road victim compensation), the civil matters (crimes against individuals and family, contract law, civil liability) and employment law (disputes relating to dismissal). She is also involved in business law for drafting of legal documents (statutes, minutes of general meetings, sales, commercial leases).

Valérie de Poulpiquet

Maître Valérie de POULPIQUET, attorney at the bar association of Nice, intervenes in the following areas of law: public law, espacially in local government law, planning law and public procurement.

Nicolas Gemsa

Graduated from the Law school of Paris, Nicolas GEMSA intervenes in all issues regarding liability law and insurance law. He studied how to make forensics expertises at the medical schools of Marseille and Versailles, that’s why he developped specific skills in medical and pharmaceutical law, as well as in compensation for body and health injuries. He also deals with criminal issues and disciplinary law, in particular regarding healthcare professionnals. He takes the lawyer oath in January 2014.

Caroline Cima

Our legal secretary Caroline Cima is attentive to you and is pleased to welcome you in the law firm. She is in charge of the administrative formalities of your files. She first passed a BTS - two year advanced training certification, to be a trilingual assistant (French, English and Italian).
